CCMA and Bargaining council representation.

Employers’ Organisations and Professional Labour Representation
An Employers’ Organisation is a registered body that represents and protects the interests of employers in labour-related matters. While a trade union represents employees, an Employers’ Organisation represents businesses and management.
The SAUEO assists companies with labour law compliance, dispute resolution and CCMA and bargaining councill matters. They provide employers with guidance, support, and professional representation in navigating South African labour legislation.
Labour disputes are often won or lost long before arriving at the CCMA or Bargaining Council. Proper procedures, consistent documentation, fair disciplinary processes, and early guidance play a critical role in achieving successful outcomes.
At Labour Law Sherpa, we believe in proactive labour management rather than reactive crisis management. While representation at the CCMA or Bargaining Council remains important, the strongest cases are usually built through correct processes followed from the beginning.
Employers should not take the risk of navigating complex labour disputes without professional guidance and representation.
As a member of the South African United Employers’ Organisation (SAUEO), Labour Law Sherpa forms part of a broader professional network committed to supporting employers and promoting fair, lawful, and effective workplace practices.
